1.1 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since the package delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Interpretation

2.1 The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

3.1 For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Pricemans, accessible from https://www.pricemans.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

3.2 We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

4.1 In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

4.2 The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of Goods which are, in the moment of purchase, were priced below regular price (discount coupons, monthly sale, daily sale, happy hour, lowest price)

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

4.4 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other addresses before contact us.

4.5 We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

5.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5.2 Refund request can be also filled here, one month after no change in the tracking position of the package.

Late or missing refunds

6.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

7.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

8.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given after contacting [email protected].

8.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

8.4 You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
